Refund policy

We accept returns under a few conditions: 

If you find your product defective or unsatisfactory, please contact us at helen@kindacrunchygoatmilksoap.com. We are happy to discuss the issue with you and correct the situation.  

If your item(s) arrive defective, please contact us with pictures of the damage and we will correction the situation. 

Replacement products will not exceed the value of the damaged item. 

We cannot issue refunds on products due to "personal preferences" or gifts cards.
